   The Black Bear population in Canada is scattered in pockets.  The Black Bear in
Saskatchewan are the same and scattered throughout the province.  The bear are
widespread, and finding pockets with large numbers of bear is a key to our bear
hunting success.  We bear hunt the area of Meadow Lake, in central Saskatchewan.
This area is well known for great numbers of Black Bear.  Our bear hunting guides
are experienced professionals.  The bear guides are well versed on the habits of
the Black Bear in the area. The guides perform intense scouting to determine routes
of travel and feeding areas. We set the stands in the most optimal locations. We can
accomodate the rifle, muzzleloader and bow hunter.  The bear hunting guides place
the stands most advantageous for your hunting situation.  Bear hunting in Canada is
done over bait.  We maintain around 15 sites and bait well in advance. We host a 
maximum of 5 hunters per week, ensuring plenty of sites for each hunter. The guides
equip each site with timers to determine the days and times the bear are hitting each
stand. You can be assured you will be bear hunting in the right place at the right time.
                               
    We primarily offer Black Bear Hunting during the spring.  Fall bear hunts can be
coordinated on a case by case basis.  Spring bear hunts yield Black Bear with thick,
full coats.  Fresh from hibernation the bear have beautiful untouched hides. There
are numerous Black Bear hunting outfitters in Canada.  We encourage you to be
selective and cautious.  We don't want anyone to have a bad experience.  At Goose
