            Waterfowl hunting and trophy bear hunt packages

    At Goose Haven Canada Waterfowl and Bear Hunting Outfitters in Saskatchewan, we
have a few different hunting packages.  Our waterfowl hunting is offered as 3-day or
5-day hunts. The 3-day goose and duck hunts run Monday to Wednesday, or Thursday
to  Saturday.  The 5-day goose and duck hunts operate Monday to Friday.  Hunting
parties arrive the afternoon before their first day of hunting and depart the afternoon
of their last day of hunting.  The trophy Canada bear hunts are 5-day hunts and run
Monday to Friday.

                         

    A Saskatchewan, Canada goose hunting and duck hunt package includes; morning
goose hunts and afternoon duck hunts (except for the last day).  The last day of your
waterfowl hunting trip is AM goose hunting, a big brunch and departure early that
afternoon.

- 3-DAY/3-NIGHT Waterfowl Hunts = 3 AM goose hunts and 2 PM duck hunts
- 5-DAY/5-NIGHT Waterfowl Hunts = 5 AM goose hunts and 4 PM duck hunts
                                             
    A couple things to keep in mind when Saskatchewan waterfowl hunting;

1.  AMMUNITION.  Historically, we asked our clients to provide their own ammunition.
This created a multitude of potential problems.  We now offer a waterfowl hunting
package that includes all your shotgun shells.  Not so we can make more money, but
as a convenience to you.  We supply 12 guage, steel, 3", #2's, 4's and BB.

2.  BIRD CLEANING.  Everything we harvest must be cleaned and processed. We have
numerous locations that will accept donated ducks and geese. The waterfowl must be
cleaned, wrapped and labeled to certain specifications.  Most other outfitters charge
around $5 per goose and $3 per duck.  We include bird cleaning as a flat fee right in
the price.  You won't get nickle and dimed to death with bird cleaning, even when we
shoot 125 snow geese by 8am!

3.  GRATUITY.  Of course gratuity is at your discretion.  But please keep in mind that
our waterfowl guides make most of their income from tips.  Typical gratuity is 10%.

 Trophy Bear Hunting.

  Our trophy Black Bear hunting in Saskatchewan is for 5-days of hunting, Monday to
Friday.  Arriving Sunday afternoon and departing Friday evening. In addition to meals
and lodging it also includes; hunting license, bear tag, radios for communication, field
transportation, guides, trophy processing and all stands and equipment.

*50% deposit is required to hold your reservation
